| Rebecca Bextel sued the Teton County Housing Authority and the Town of Jackson on June 25, 2026. The violations center around the TCHA Director, April Norton, the Flat Creek Apartments “low-income” housing scam, and the complete lack of oversight and accountability in Town and County housing projects. The Town and TCHA were sued because: * they will not disclose who all got paid out in $4 million in “other costs” when building the Flat Creek Apartments. We know Tyler Davis and BlueLine Development paid themselves a cool $1 million, but we do not know who else received a windfall. FROM WHAT WE CAN TELL, THIS $4 MILLION IS IN ADDITION TO ANY ARCHITECT OR CONSTRUCTION COSTS, etc. * They refuse to tell us who and why someone mysteriously needed to update the operating agreement for the Flat Creek Apts “low-income” housing SCAM years after the building was complete. They shared this info with multiple employees of BlueLine, they just do not want you and I to know! * The Town/ County and TCHA REFUSE to hand over the “missing texts” between April Norton and developers like Tyler Davis, Christian Pritchett, Joe Rice, and others, while April negotiated MILLIONS of dollars in real estate deals on behalf of the public. YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE REGARDING WHAT THEY ARE HIDING/ SCARED OF/ TRYING TO DODGE! Click here to read the court filing. |
