To many, it seemed Senate Majority Floor Leader, Tara Nethercott, was calling all the shots in the Sentate this past session. President Bo Biteman and VP Tim Salazar were powerless against her radical agenda.
On the last day of the session, 10 bills died while Senate “leadership” was busy having a pizza party with a lobbyist named Apollo Pazell.
The 10 bills that died were:
- Informed consent for abortions
- Repeal of low emissions carbon standards
- Sexually explicit library books
- Bills on election integrity
- Bills on 2nd Amendment rights
Another important bill that died during the legislative session was SF89, which aimed to close property tax exemption loopholes for wealthy out-of-state investors. This bill died on the first day in the Senate, forcing every property owner in Wyoming to pay MORE, while wealthy East Coast investors pay NOTHING.

There are housing complexes across Wyoming that generate millions in revenue and tax freebies, yet they pay NO PROPERTY TAX! They set up secret and complicated structures to hide the true ownership, like the CentrePoint Apartments in Casper.

They accomplish this with the help of the Wyoming Community Development Authority. The WCDA awards millions of dollars in tax credits to these programs. Many times the former “federal programs coordinator” at the WCDA becomes the “federal programs RECIPIENT“.
Christian Pritchett, of Montana-based BlueLine Development, used to be in charge of passing out millions in tax credits. Now, his company is one of the main recipients.

The WCDA has total authority in handing out these lucrative contracts!
Watch this one-minute video of April Norton, the Director of the Teton County Housing Authority, stating that she recommends hiring BlueLine Development for a government-funded housing complex, INSTEAD of the other applicant which was $6 million less. This is because they were “recommended” by the WCDA, which is Mr Pritchett’s former employer. How is this legal?
These out-of-state developers often pay themselves a million dollars per project, and get FREE or discounted public land.
The $24 million Flat Creek Apartments in Jackson was built on a FREE 99-year lease, and the developers paid themselves $1 million to “develop” the building for RedStone Capital, based in Ohio. The land is sits on is the Teton County Fairgrounds, still zoned for public use since 1941. Many residents did NOT want this project! Learn more about that here.

When the communications between Director Norton and Christian Pritchett were public records requested, it was learned that they had both DELETED their text exchanges! A lawsuit it currently being filed in Teton County to retrieve this public information.

It’s time to hold the Senate accountable! They are not operating in the best interest of the people who elected them!
